How can I provide a monetary donation to Chuck's Save Tree City campaign?
Monetary donations are accepted by check only at this time. To initiate the donation process, please contact us at chuckreamsavetreecity@gmail.com disclosing your intent and for financial purposes, we will need the following information from each donor:
- Full name and street address
- The date the contribution was received
- The cumulative amount contributed by that person to your committee during the cycle
NOTE: If a contributor’s cumulative contributions exceed $100, include their occupation, employer, and principal place of business.
For contributions from non-individuals (e.g. organizations, corporations, PACs), you must report the name, address, date, amount, and cumulative total from that entity.
In-kind contributions must be reported at fair market value, and counted both as contributions and expenditures.
